Max and Doris Micallef founded and established the business in the year 1969 within a small facility located in the town of Birkirkara. From the outset, Dormax Press established a reputation for quality, cost-effective services and as a ‘leading-edge’ print house. Their business prospered and in time their two sons joined the operations. With business acumen and foresight the Micallefs’ implemented innovative technologies.

They developed new services to meet client requirements for creative solutions, quality printed products and cost-effective delivery.After careful planning, a commissioned design for a ‘purpose built’ factory was implemented and construction began on Industry Road, Qormi. In September 1986 the completed facility was inaugurated. Since that time an ongoing investment for Human Resources, training, state-of-the-art systems and machinery enables Dormax Press continuity of excellent results while remaining consistently competitive. Today, Michael Micallef operates Dormax Press. His industry knowledge, eye for detail and unwavering service commitment assures customer satisfaction.
